The Bubbles, The Bubbles, The Bubbles in the POR

Had some bubbling in the POR-15 paint. Still trying to determine the cause. Likely user error :)

I'll have to wet sand and reapply a third coat.

  2. Several things to keep in mind when using this paint. First, prep the surface properly to "degrease" it and, make sure the surface is dry. Also, I recalled the temperature should be above a certain figure (posted on the can) which might be around 60 or 62 degrees. I have never seen bubbles before in all of my uses.
